MAM takes place in Marrakesh, Morocco.

 

All Artists will travel together to the desert in the outskirts of the city and will then move to Marrakesh into the QUEENS Collective. gallery

Working location specifics:

 

All artists can work and show their work in the Riad reserved as the place of residence. This is also where the open sharings will happen once a week. Individual artists can use several smaller spaces and workshops, depending on their practice.

Other spaces around the city may be possible to use in consultation with the organisers (market square, barber shop, art galleries, etc…)

What we provide:

 

• studio spaces

  At Pricilla:

  3 rooms (minimum), one outdoor dance/practice space, a terrace.

  In the new city:

  A spacious studio (160m2)

• a spacious patio (open living room) and a big roof terrace

• assistance to help you with your creative practice and mentorship

• weekly meetings, feedback and support

• collective sleeping rooms (for 4 to 6 persons)

• breakfast

• food supplies for the collective dinner / lunch cooking

• a kitchen and kitchen helpers for your collective meals

• Internet access

• laundry facilities

• Outdoor showers
